Kelsey (they/them, she/her, he/him) received their Massage Therapist Certification from MState Community and Technical College Wadena, where they learned Swedish/relaxation, deep tissue, sports, geriatric, and prenatal massage techniques. Kelsey loves working with anyone with a body, and they enjoy supporting working class laborers with physical jobs. Their specialties include sciatic pain, back pain, tech neck, TMJ, headaches and migraines, carpal tunnel syndrome, and sports rehab.

Kelsey understands the interconnectedness of the body and the different pain referral patterns that manifest as trigger points and knots. Pairing intentional movement with gentle stretching and range of motion techniques, massage sessions with Kelsey are designed to relax and restore for long-term benefits. Through a combination of intuition, skillful practice, and communication, Kelsey works with clients to help reach treatment goals and restore balance to the body and mind.
