Do you offer free or off-street parking at your clinic?
Yes! We have limited free off-street parking adjacent to our building. Full instructions will be included in your appointment confirmation and reminder emails.
Is your clinic wheelchair accessible?
Yes! However, if you are driving yourself to your appointment, please note that the only wheelchair accessible parking is street parking. Please email your provider after scheduling to receive instructions on accessing the wheelchair accessible entrance.
Do you accept insurance for payment?
We do not bill insurance at our clinic. However we do accept HSA and Flex Spend cards for payment. More information on payment methods and insurance can be found on our fees and financial policy page.
Do you offer reduced rate or sliding scale appointments?
Yes. Reduced appointment rates are available to those who identify as part of a marginalized community and are experiencing economic hardship. Reduced rates are also available to anyone who qualifies for state programs like economic or healthcare assistance (such as SNAP, Medical Assistance, and Minnesota Care).

Should I tip my provider?
As licensed acupuncturists providing a medical service, Amy, Kim, and Leah have chosen not to accept personal tips for their service. The massage therapists at our clinic are welcome to accept tips, but tipping is not expected.
If you are feeling abundant, and would like to express gratitude financially, you have the option of making a Pay It Forward financial offering to help us continue making reduced rate appointments available. What should I do if I need to cancel an appointment?
If it’s more than 48 hours in advance, you can cancel your appointment online through the link in your confirmation email. We do have a 48 hour cancellation policy that you can view in detail here.
