Whether you’re recovering from holiday overwhelm or simply craving quiet connection, this is your invitation to soften, breathe, and come home to yourself.

Limited to 6 attendees. Wear comfortable clothes to recline in. Reclining floor chairs will be provided. Bring a yoga mat if you prefer to lay flat (there is limited room, but we may be able to accomodate.)
