Step away from the noise of daily life and settle into deep rest. This 45-minute sound bath with Amy Kuretsky offers a gentle, accessible space to relax your body, quiet your mind, and support nervous system regulation.
You’ll be guided into a comfortable resting position as soothing tones from singing bowls and other sound healing instruments wash over you. The vibrations of sound help ease tension, encourage deep relaxation, and support the body’s natural ability to restore and rebalance.
This sound bath is intentionally sliding scale, making rest and care more accessible to our community. No prior experience is needed - simply come as you are.
What to bring: We have enough yoga mats and blankets for everyone. However, you are always welcome to bring additional supplies (more blankets, your favorite eye pillow, etc) that make you feel extra cozy.
FYI: You’ll be lying down on the floor for most of the session, with gentle guidance to begin and close.
