Join Amy Kuretsky, L.Ac. for a small group breathwork circle at our Constellation Classroom. Gather under the expansive energy of the Full Moon to breathe, release, and realign - tapping into clarity, insight, and a little bit of magic.
If the New Moon is for planting seeds, the Full Moon is for illumination and action. This is a time to witness what’s been growing, bring awareness to what’s ready to be released, and take powerful steps towards your dreams. Through breathwork and a collective tarot reading, we’ll create space to reflect, realign, and move forward with intention.
Breathwork creates a significant amount of qi (energy) in the body and brings us into a non-ordinary state of conciousness. In this expanded state of awareness, insight can arise more freely - helping you see your path with greater clarity, and energetic potential is heightened - helping you bring focused direction towards your goals and dreams. When breathwork is paired with the magic of the Full Moon and the intuitive lens of tarot, this practice can feel both grounding and expansive.
Each session includes a collective tarot reading, offering symbolic guidance and reflection for the group. You’re invited to take what resonates, notice what arises, and integrate these insights in a way that feels supportive to you.
Full Moon breathwork classes feature curated playlists, designed to support release, reflection, and connection. A 2025 study shows that practicing breathwork with music is uniquely effective in inducing altered states of consciousness - sometimes described as a sense of “oceanic boundlessness,” or feelings of insight, bliss, and unity. Practicing in a group amplifies this experience, as each person’s energy contributes to a shared, supportive container.
No previous breathwork experience is necessary.
Full Moon Breathwork is facilitated with a trauma-informed approach. You are always invited to participate at the level that feels most supportive to you. Strong emotions or physical sensations may arise during breathwork. In some cases, additional therapeutic support may be helpful for integration.
This 90-min event will be split into four parts:
Introduction, guided grounding, and affirmation cards: 15 min
Laying down for gently guided breathwork with music: 30 min and rest 15 min
Re-grounding, tarot/oracle card pulls, and journaling: 15 min
Collective tarot reading, and optional sharing, witnessing, and asking questions: 15 min
What to bring: Dress in layers to support your comfort. There are enough yoga mats and blankets for everyone. However, you are welcome to bring additional supplies (more blankets, your favorite eye pillow, etc) that make you feel most comfortable and at ease.
FYI: You’ll be lying down on the floor for most of the session, with gentle guidance to begin and close.
Classes are $45 per attendee. Cancellations within the 48 hour period will not be refunded.
If you are in the first trimester of pregnancy, have a recent TBI or history with seizures, retinal detachment, or any other significant health issue you’d like Amy to be aware of, please make this information known to her prior to your participation via email. As always, please feel empowered to discuss breathwork with your physician if you are concerned about participating for any reason.
