Our Clinic’s Story

In early 2017, we got a wild idea when a dreamy space opened up in our former building in the heart of the North Loop neighborhood. What if we merged our solo Chinese medicine practices, moved into a larger clinic space, hired a team, and created the women- and queer-owned small business we want to see in the world????

It seemed like a scary (but awesome!) leap so we relied on our tried and true decision making process - a tarot reading! A few months - and many tarot readings later - we opened the doors of our new North Loop clinic in September 2017, just down the hall from our former studio space. Four years, thousands of treatments, and a global pandemic later, we took the next step in September 2021 - moving into a larger clinic space in Northeast Minneapolis!

Today we have amazing, growing team of practitioners (aka the #cliniccoven), offer a range of services in the clinic, at our classroom, and out in the community, and firmly believe we have the best patients around.

Community giving is built into our business. Since 2017, we have made regular financial contributions to local and national organizations that support East and Southeast Asian communities, health equity and access, queer and trans liberation, racial justice, and mutual aid. When you support our business, know that a portion of your purchase goes to supporting values-aligned organizations and the individuals and communities they serve.
