All proceeds from this event will be donated to Women’s Foundation of Minnesota Immigrant Rapid Response Fund for urgent basic needs, legal aid, and other emerging needs of individuals and families impacted by ICE occupation.

This event features both group acupuncture (also known as community-style acupuncture) and massage therapy, allowing attendees to receive care at a lower price point than private treatment. Practitioners will be providing the NADA ear acupuncture protocol, which is a set of points that is useful for stress management, anxiety, fear, and agitation, as well as chair massage. You will be in a group setting and will remain fully clothed for both treatments.

These sessions are a great way to support your body in recovering from stress, to receive acupuncture or massage for the first time, or simply to enjoy a moment pause in shared healing space with others.

This offering is intentionally sliding scale, making symptom management, rest, and care more accessible to our community. Standard rate is $25, sliding scale of $0-$50. When registering, add additional funds as desired, or to reduce the rate, use code ACCESS to lower to $12.50 or NOCOST to lower to $0.

What to bring: Just bring yourself! Please make sure you eat something in the morning before receiving treatment.

Accessibility: Patients will be treated on massage tables, zero gravity chairs, or massage chairs at this event. A stool will be available to help patients get up on the massage table, if needed. Treatment can also easily be provided to patients in a wheelchair. Masks will be available for patients who desire them.
