Because each person is unique, special handcrafted organic oils are chosen based on your personal constitution. The oils are heated to a comfortable temperature and applied to the body. With the help of specific massage techniques and marma/acupressure points, the oil penetrates the skin and transports healing properties directly to your cells. Oils will vary depending on the season and/or the individual constitution.

Craniosacral Therapy is a form a light touch bodywork that invites your body to engage in its natural ability to heal itself. Your body does its best self-healing work when the parasympathetic (rest/digest) division of your autonomic nervous system is in charge.
