Have you or someone you love been told they high blood pressure? Navigating the waters of treatment options while weighing future risk for complications can be really tough, and possibly frightening. This workshop is designed to educate about finding the cause of your high blood pressure, ways we can assess future risk, and offer holistic treatment ideas that specifically target the cause of your hypertension. After the talk there will be a Q&A session where you can get some of your burning questions answered. You'll also go home with a bottle of our favorite safe and effective natural heart health tonics. Registration is $20 and is limited to 12 attendees.

Dr. Cassie Wilder is a registered Naturopathic Medical Doctor (NMD) serving the greater Twin Cities area. Her passion is empowering her patients through education, understanding, and support through their healing journey. After graduating from Iowa State University with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and Health, Dr. Wilder earned her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine & Health Sciences, a fully accredited and nationally recognized institution in Phoenix, AZ.

Dr. Wilder completed an internship with a nationally recognized naturopathic cardiologist gaining experience treating patients with cardiovascular disease utilizing an integrative medicine approach. During her internship she participated on the health care team that helped many patients reduce medication safely, eliminate the need for invasive surgeries or procedures, and reverse heart disease and arrhythmias naturally. Dr. Wilder specializes in preventive cardiology that allows for early detection and treatment of cardiovascular conditions such as coronary artery disease and hypertension.
